In recent versions of the software (certainly in 7.0.4) you can copy and paste markers.

So open the low-rez clip, go to the head, open the marker window, select all and copy.
Open hir-rez clip, go to head, switch to marker window and paste.

But that will get very slow if you have lots of clips.

You could also duplicate the low-res clips, and relink those duplicates to your high-res media.  That would do the trick in one fell swoop.

I have a bin full of low res clips  with markers. I have the same bin with the same clips at high res, but with no markers. Is there any way to take the markers from the low res clips and apply those same markers to the other bin full of hi res clips?
