So are you saying that Marianna is an editor's best friend?

In a few hours everything was taken care of, whew!!!As the person who advised the company to get support contracts I was looking a little foolish when I couldn't get the support working for my own edit bay. Even the Post Supervisor was concerned that he might look bad for not having this taken care of. We say it all the time but I'm going to repeat how important Marianna is to the integrity and reputation of Avid in the broadcasting community. She alone separates Avid from Adobe and Apple with the ability to be contacted by customers and not get the run around.
