[Avid-L2] Avid US Phone Lines re down

 

Heads up... 


Avid US Phones are down and a busy signal is one of the symptoms.


It is customer impacting in that calling the main support number such as our 800 lines (800-800AVID, 800newsdng) will give a busy signal or disconnect the caller.

 

While we're waiting to hear how fast it will be resolved by AT&T, we are also working to get a message put on our web site as well.

 

Avid is working to resolve it and I will send out further messages as I know more.
