It used to take 1 click to remove a license from an Adobe CC Team account. Now it takes a phone call, a transfer to a specialized department, 15+ min wait and a disconnect while on hold.

Even Adobe CC Team chat support made me wait and needed to "transfer" me.

And both are unable to let me know the cancellation fee amount.

Cancelling cable service is almost easier than this.

Yeah.  Seems to me the revenue model for subscription is heavily favored to the fourth quarter for Avid.   So now the fight is for new users and since there are not a lot of fence-sitters anymore, this type of thing is to be expected.  I am sure loyal Adobe customers are "thrilled" with this announcement.  I can see Avid following suit at some point.  Gonna be fun to watch Avid's first quarter results...
