It is time to replace some of my aging Panasonic Plasma client monitors. What are other people buying these days? I have some nice Sony LED tv's in my offline rooms but I am looking for something a little more stable for my online and AE rooms. No matter how much I tell the clients that the editors monitor is what is most accurate, they always end up using the client monitor as their main focus and comparing it to the edit monitor. And what are you using for a calibration scope and software? I like to calibrate the client monitor to the edit monitor once a month and I use Blackmagic LUT boxes in-line. And while we are discussing monitors, does anyone have a favorite broadcast monitor? I am using mostly Pansonic's with built-in scopes.
