[Avid-L2] Updating Standard Support Contract

 

My dongle-based Media Composer w/Symphony Option Standard Support license expires in 10 days -- so I thought I would update it.  


I opened the Application Manager and using the triangular purple pulldown menu button, selected "Licensing>Renew License" -- but that seems to do absolutely nothing (no surprise).

Then I logged onto my Avid account and found a button that would allow me to "Update" a "Perpetual Product" -- but not my "Active" "Standard Support" license.

And maybe I'm just too tired, but this page doesn't seem to help at all.

Anyone do this yet and have any pointers?
