I've been on 7.0.3 for a while and I've consistently had a problem where Avid will re-render effects that have already been rendered (using Render In/Out). This week I upgraded to 8.3 and I had hoped that this bug would be fixed, but the problem persists. The only solution I've found is to close the bin containing the sequence and re-open it. When the bin memory is cleared, Render In/Out seems to function properly. Anyone else have this issue? Or a better solution?
