Does media mover 3.2 still work?
If not what is the best archiving solution for OSX and by best I mean not designed for a 3000 person company with unlimited DLT drives and costing more than my whole edit suite.
Ideally I want something that just makes a folder at a location of my choosing and sticks the whole project in it. When i restore i want it to move all the stuff back and relink the project. That's all. Two buttons. Move this project off. Move this project on.
It almost feels like i should write an app myself, possibly remoted to iPhone so i can reload my projects from home so its ready by the time i get to work…
I can't be the only one that thinks it time Avid took project archiving seriously (mezzo 2015 OSX anyone) and just had an archive and restore function in media composer after all its something we have to do every single project.
