Hi all,
I'm trying to send an EDL from Avid 8.3.1 to Resolve to "chop" a baked clip there. I'm in a 4K UHD 50p project.
The cuts from the EDL never match the real cuts on the clip and I have realized that the EDL is at 25 fps instead of 50 fps. The sequence timecode in Avid shows 25 fps duplicated in the way 01:02:03:04 - 01.02.03.04 - 01:02:03:05 and so on.
I remember seeing this timecode with the 720 50p projects dealing with the P2 cameras. But never exported and EDL
Using AAF the conforming is fine but there are a lot of effects so this workflow would be really time consuming
Do you know any way of changing the sequence timecode to "normal" 50p into Avid or the EDL export?
