"We both ( Avid and Nexidia ) are working on it. Proposals have been provided back and forth with responses and we are still working out the details. We talk, quite a lot, but there are business and technical issues that need to be resolved before a comprehensive agreement is agreed too. It takes 2 to tango.... so it is both our comapnies that need to come to an agreement that is in the best interest of us all.... Marianna"
