[Avid-L2] Re: Closed captioning in Avid

 

Drastic Tech's ccConvert can convert a number of different caption formats to/from a SMPTE 436M/Avid AAF.

This combined with a low cost SCC software like Subbits is a very good option:
 VideoToolShed - SubBits subtitler
