Some more good news.... I also posted to the L2 Facebook page for max exposure.
As many of you know.... Terry, Greg H., Hullfish, Oliver, Ken S. Spraker, etc etc.... we had some issues with the My Account at account.avid.com and the Web Store prior to the 31st of December which prevented some of you folks from purchasing or validating a support/upgrade plan by the original deadline.
We extended the date, put the plans back on the Web store right after the new year, and spent the better part of the last 2 weeks fixing issues for customers My Accounts and the Web Store.
Most of the issues are fixed and will be by the weekend.
We will be removing the Media Composer | Software, Media Composer | Software plus Symphony and Media Composer | Software plus NewsCutter Support/Upgrade plan products from the Web Store on Monday morning January 19th around 11 AM EST.
So if you didnt buy a plan and want one.... get stepping. Those that didn't buy in time... you have a window of opportunity to act.
If by chance you miss this second window, you can till buy a plan fromVideoguys.com until they run out.
