Another idea: Duplicate "Start" timecode into "TC24" column and it will convert back to 24 removing pulldown counts.

P.S.: there is no 24TC in 720p. So that may be an issue. It may just be MC resolving the timecode to the project's TC rate?

The bin shows that these AVCHD clips are 23.976. Despite the suspicious pattern of 2 frame and 3 frame timecode advance, I don't believe it has anything to do with 30TC
