DF and NDF is a 30 fps TC concept. 24 and 25 fps formats do not deal with DF/NDF.

720/60p uses 30 based TC.

There is no such thing as 24DF timecode, and 1080p/23.976 projects use 24TC.
There is no such thing as TC24 in 720p, so that uses either 30 or 30DF.

You can just toggle the project format to a compatible SD or HD format. And within any of them, you can mix&match.
