In fairness, they used to give you a discount on the release version when it came out if you did the public beta, but now that the OS is free they really can't do that.

Uhhh, speaking of which… I got the offer from Apple to now beta their new Yosemite OS. I really want to because I think 10.9.x is slightly on the crappy side. But obviously, I'm concerned about how Avid will play with Yosemite. I know, I know, prudence, caution, patience, all that. But does anyone have any advance word on Yosemite/Avid, etc.?
