I tried those last night and they didn't do it on a different machine. I'll be back at that facility tomorrow and will try again. I was able to get "0"(zero), "Set" and "Clr" to do a 1st birthday. I could only confirm the 1st birthday by seeing the system freq change from 29.97 to 23.98. Funny thing that I posted last night was it didn't do it consistently, about every third time. I did try 159 with no apparent results but I will try again when back there. Perhaps I was already in 23.98 so the birthday wasn't obvious.
