The jury is out on how effective the ACA will be. Avid has made some big promises, but will they pan out? I don't know yet.
I should qualify my earlier response to Lou. There are people inside Avid who care about us, Marianna being the shining example. But those people don't set the corporate mission. And even if they did it probably doesn't make much sense for them to worry about "the little folks" as we don't provide much revenue.
That said, one thing I learned was that the "big guys" are dissatisfied with the service they get from Avid also. That was an eye opening experience for me.
