I don't think someone's opinion based on their own experience should be considered ignorant. If that's what a person sees enough times it's a valid observation with their client base. Given the statement was couched with caveat, "Maybe it's just my client base..." that is an observation. The fact that my experience has been similar is irrelevant here. Perhaps your experience is just the opposite and that's just as valid to me. One thing I know is there's a lot I don't know.
