There should be a whole list for this, but here it is yet again -
After a couple of months on Premiere, I switched back to Avid, taking advantage of the MC7 upgrade. Had AMA issues with MC7, can't find the answer on the "L", or anywhere else. Marianna found it, after hours, and responded in less than 2 hours AND she followed up the next morning to make sure I got my system updated and working properly.
Cheers yet again to the best customer service person on the planet.
