I haven't been able to log in today either.  It's like I don't have a master account or something.  When I try the password reset option I get the error message suggesting it can't even find my email.

I've sent an online request to support because I don't want to recreate a Master Account I already have.

Hey Nigel et al...

 

6.5.4 just launched 30 min ago....  I suggest anyone on 6.5.x upgrade.  Tons of fixes.....

 

Let me check on the 7.0.2 issue and see if it is known and if there is a workaround.

Worse than this the media that works in 6.5.3 still comes up with wrong format in V 7.02
