Depending on compatibility issues, you could use FFmbc to copy video / first 4 audio and rewrap it in a new MXF file.
Or, if you want to spend money, Episode or something might be able to do it.

We have a client that wants XDCAM delivery with only 4 audio tracks. How would we do this? We can't export .MXF files other than XDCAM and we can't chose the number of audio tracks What could we use?
