[Avid-L2] avid.com master account sign on and DL center issues

 

All........

Avid.com is experiencing problems with access to the Master  Account login and Download Center.  The IT team at Avid is working on it as a high priority.  

This issue could affect access to:

1. My Account
2. Download Center
3. Community 
4. CS Portal 

I will respond back to the  list when the issue is resolved.

Stand by and if people post – we are on top of it and will alert when fixed.
