I had wondered whether you might be suffering from the HORRIBLE bug (I don't know if it's in v7) when in segment mode it colour corrects every shot between IN and OUT even if that option isn't selected - it's a heart stopping moment - because once you realise, it's too late & you might have screwed up, literally, hours of work...

Yup- deleting all the 'state' and that sort of stuff solved the problem. I've been back and forth between 7.01b3 and 7.02, so something may of just gotten hinky.
Of course, really wish I'd just moved the whole thing to resolve...
