Tony's correct about one of the big problems is that the 5D's audio isn't in sync INTERNALLY, so PluralEyes perfectly matches the audio to the audio, but that doesn't mean that the VIDEO is actually matched to the audio. You have to slate stuff if you're going to use it from the 5D, even if it's just the talent clapping his or her hands in front of their face. And there is no consistent offset to the missing 5D sync. You can't just say, "Match the audio then slip audio back 2 frames." It's always different.
And backslating it too if you really want to make sure your sync is good.
