Do you really think you move faster in Resolve? For basic color correction that is not my take. More powerful yes but faster not for me but I'm an infant in Resolve. Now if you are talking about a full tilt panel setup then I see where with acclimation the panel would make things faster. Perhaps you've just really gotten use to Resolve but I find it hard to believe that for a project of quick turn around you describe that it would be faster to send out to Resolve and then come back to Avid for output. If it's just a file output that would be different and perhaps that's your need.
