After spending several hours trying to establish RS-422 control from a Blackmagic Decklink 4K Extreme I finally looked at the MacPro 12 core OS 10.8.3 system report info under pci cards and didn't see the 4K Extreme listed. I moved it from slot 3 to 4 and still no listing. The Atto celerity in slot 4 also shows in slot 3. I reloaded the blackmagic desktop video manager software, that includes all drivers but still nothing. I'm pronouncing the card that has worked for the last 3 plus months as dead. Anybody know what blackmagic's warranty policy is, I'll check their website and see if our VAR will do a card swap. I hope I just got a lemon here as I don't want to be replacing the card every 4 months. ;-(
