1) Are these AMA clips? Sometimes they don't display, I've found. 2) Does the sample rate of the clips match the project? If so check the Audio Project Settings - 'Show mismatched sample rates'. 3) Did you inadvertently activate 'Show Marked Waveforms' in the Timeline settings?
