I understand (and agree with) your passion.
I'm just expressing my opinion that the horses have already left the barn. And, frankly, I believe they left the barn for reasons that extend beyond consumer adoption of 4k.
More specifically, the downward price pressure exerted by BMD on 4k acquisition devices would have led us to the same outcome, albeit at a somewhat slower rate.
