Is there audio on the file, or did you have a separate audio recording? If separate and you want to bring all this into a 23.976 project you will need to pull the audio down. If IgnoreQTrate isn't working for the video portion for whatever reason you can always try converting it to a frame sequence. Not sure what will read it, but you can try Resolve Lite, After Effects, or Compressor to start. Then import that file sequence into MC7.
