Avid DVD is PC only (free), as is Sony DVD Architect (cheap), and Scenarist
(pricey)
DVDSP and Encore work just fine. Development has ended as they feel they
are essentially feature complete and are perfect as is :).
If you anticipate that you will still need to do this a lot in the coming
years, I would freeze a dedicated machine to an OS that works with DVDSP
4 or Encore CS6. Both work with Mountain Lion. No idea about Mavericks.
