The Gspeed is fine. I am rather fond of the little mobilraid I have http://tinyurl.com/2ups27r which i have set to RAID 6.
It uses 2.5" disks and is portable.

5x2TB Drives, SAS o Sata Connection, mainly for DNxHD 145 and XDCAM 50 editing.
It doesn´t need to be portable.
G-speed ES or G-Speed Pro would fit, but I don´t have any experience with those arrays, maybe there´s a better option.
