Yup. Figured that out shortly after sending my email. Thanks for the confirm!!

The problem was starting to randomly show up in multiple systems- and the TB was the only common denominator.

Facilis (always great support!!) points to a possible controller error - and gave a specific fix (shut down, drain power, restart,) and that seems to be working.

They also recommended updating to the latest version (I didn't now there was a new version!) So, hopefully, we can root out the corrupt media and then update to the latest TB software over the weekend.
