[Avid-L2] 4-dead-pixel-group on RED and ALEXA original camera sources that lasts 1 frame

Has anyone seen a group of 4-dead-pixels that last 1 frame on the original camera source?

I am trying to find out more information about this 4-dead-pixel-group. They are on one frame of picture at a time on both RED and ALEXA. The frame before and after do not have this 4-dead-pixel-group. The 4-dead-pixel-group is usually white or blue. I notice 4-12 1-frame-dead-pixel-groups per 42 minutes show. When I find them, I use Avid's scratch removal tool to paint over them.

Could this be a random anomaly in the camera's sensor?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The closest information I have heard about with dead-pixels is if a lazar went into the camera. I have seen this 4-dead-pixel-group on a single frame that was using ambient light.
