I've had an incredibly hard time finding someone to send multicast H.264
RTP/RTSP (Quicktime flavor). Akamai was the first and pretty much only CDN
to offer it as a product, but now they wont provision new streams. I had to
find someone with unused streams. If you can get away with it, you can
stream H.264 via Flash which is still offered by Akamai, Limelight,
Edgecast, Voxel/Internap, and others.
