It's been over a year, so maybe there's a better way now, but I was
using EDLs. Create a pull list in Avid, and generate an EDL which can
be imported to Red Cine-X. Using the FILE_16 template is it? The one
with the longer tape name to accommodate the length of the R3D filenames.
