IME,

Resolve's stabilizer works very well on locked off shots, not so much on
dolly or tracking shots. But you can turn off the various axis and try to
stabilize in Y- or X- only. Often the best results from moving shots
require digging into 'interactive mode' and adding and deleting tracking
markers as the shot plays down. Often those kinds of shots completely fail.
