Yep, that'll happen. AMA isn't bulletproof. My solution to that error has
been to find whatever file it's tripping up on, delete that master clip,
link to it again via AMA, and retry transcoding.
Most of the time this error pops up, it's because AMA can't figure out what
the END time is. Choose columns in your AMA bin and light up END. Scroll
through and see if you can see any clips that do not have an END time.
Delete these and link to them again via AMA repeatedly until they do show
up with END times.
