I believe that there's only one qualified laptop for some of their USB3
products.

I'd stay away from this type of solution. You can always try it, but make
sure that you have a Renesas USB3 chip in your laptop.
As far as using both MC/Resolve on the same PC, I can confirm that it works
with a decklink studio 2.
As far as PCIe on a laptop, I'm assuming you're looking at a solution
involving expresscard+ PCIe expansion (magma etc). This is definitely not
supported and I doubt that many people have put much into figuring out
whether it works or not.
