Now that I looked at the Chemtonics page those look similar but IIRC the ones I used 30ish years ago had a Chamois like sheet that was rubberbanded to the end of a Qtip like swab. Perhaps the design has been improved now as I didn't see any sign of the little rubberband on the cleaning tip.
