No joy, unfortunately. Consolidation proceeds OK, Avid creates a new MediaFiles/MXF/1 folder on a new drive and copies the test MXF file successfully. But Avid crashes after the media is copied, before creating the database files in the new folder.
After a restart, Avid reports the same CM_INVALID_TRIM error and wants to quarantine the newly consolidated clip in the new MediaFiles folder, when trying to rebuild the database there.
Thanks for the suggestion, though -- it was worth a try.
