[Avid-L2] IgnoreQTrate bug in at least 6.0.3.2

 

One of my favourite ways of making subtitles is to create a QT with one
frame titles, stretched to the correct duration.
This used to work swell, untill 6.0.3.2...
That broke the IgnoreQTrate function.
In 6.0.3.2 and IgnoreQTrate 0, the duration of the file is correct, but all
titles are packed at the beginning of the clip....
Not sure about higher versions, so if anyone want to check, please do so.

(and yes, it's a hefty 96 Kb download for 8 seconds of uncompressed video
with alpha, hence the beauty of the trick..)
