You don't. The difference in 6.5.2 is this that only now MC/SY can rewrap APR into an MXF container, rather than re-encode (when using AMA; when using File->Import this was already the case). Before, when using AMA, you would ALWAYS re-encode, even if source and destination were both APR. And you could not consolidate when AMA-linking to APR, now you can.
