Hi Ken,

You'd need to see if the results were good enough for you but I regularly
make (PAL) SD Mpeg2s from 1080 sources with TMPGEnc, feeding it a DS Ref.

Likewise Squeeze could probably do the same, although of course your Teranex
might well do a better job.

I have a bunch of 1080i 59.94 spots that need to be delivered as MPEG 2 SD.
I figured the best way to get to SD was to DC via Teranex and Legalize for
SD. Then what is my best method for creating an MPEG 2? I have DS v11, MC
v 6.0.1, Symphony 5.5.3, FCP 7, Compressor and Sorenson Squeeze 7 & 8.
