I wonder:
So toggle 4/8/16 faders is not enough? (it's the button to the right
of the "Bypass" button near the top of the Audio Mixer)
And when you have more faders in use than currently being displayed,
you can toggle between groups of faders as well. That's the "Grp"
button, just to the right of the "number of mix panes" toggle
described above. So you could set the number of mix panes to 4 and
switch between sets of active faders in groups of 4. Or set it to 8
mix panes and switch between faders in groups of 8. No need to
display all 16 at once.
