They're importing? Have them open the console, type "IgnoreQTRate True"
(without the quotes) and it will import it frame for frame. Otherwise it
adapts the import to the project frame rate.

If that doesn't work, type "IgnoreQTRate False" (without the quotes). It's
one of these but I can't remember exactly which one is on by default.
