[Avid-L2] Re: 720p@59.94 into a 720p@29.97 project

 

The other method would be to start a 59.94 project, bring in the footage there. Then go back to the 29.97 project and manually open the bin - you'll have to navigate to it - that you created in the 59.94 project. You'll then be able to work with the 59.94 footage with all its frames, and can do your speed change in the timeline.
