[Avid-L2] [FR] Disable TC entry window with Double Command

 

I use a lot the command key to move between edits in Timeline and
apparentlly I tend to click it more that needed and the TC entry window in
the composer window pops up disabling every key command until I enter a TC
or press Escape.
I understand this a feature for Laptops without numeric Keypad, but it's
been driving me crazy since it appeared in V3.5 (if I'm nor mistaken) a
simple setting with a checkbox to disable this freature would be awesome,
al least for me.
