Years ago, I sat in a telecine session for one of my wife's films. We
were transferring dailies from 35mm film to HDCam. Included was an
excellent 4 minute shot of the second AC cleaning and working around the
front of the camera, with crew in the background milling around.
Not as much fun when on a limited budget that was coming out of our
pocket...film stock, check, lab, check, might as well transfer it as
most of the financial damage had been done.
Of course we got our money's worth showing it to her; she was suitably
embarrassed...
She was one of our stellar crew members, so we laughed it off. But
ouch, not one for her reel :-).
