I just thought of another thing. Assuming that the 90% safe action cut off is
correct... and I have no evidence that it is or isn't... maybe the reason that
safe title is only 93% is because TVs today are more consistent in their
cut-off. So if they're generally set to 90% at least they're not "floating" to
as much as 80% - which was the "old" safe title?
Just trying to think this one out.
