Uninstall and reinstall the driver. This should clear the kernel cache,
which my still be referencing the old driver. OSX caches kernel extensions
(drivers) to speed boot up time.
If not, download a free utility such as Onyx which can clear your caches.
They will be rebuilt next boot.
